Terms of use

Last updated: 18 May 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By accessing or browsing courseadvisor.ai you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The production AI voice service is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), and these website terms do not vary that MSA.

Your access to and use of courseadvisor.ai (the "Site") is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. The Site is operated by ScaleHQ Ltd trading as CourseAdvisor.ai ("CourseAdvisor", "we", "us", "our").

1. Content ownership and limited licence

The Site itself, together with all content, text, images, videos, graphics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, calculators, written copy, and other materials made available on the Site by us or by third parties (the "Content"), are the property of CourseAdvisor and / or its third-party providers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, CourseAdvisor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access, view, and use the Site for your personal and internal business information purposes.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms or by applicable law (for example, fair-use linking and quoting). Automated scraping or harvesting of the Site is not permitted.

2. Trademarks and intellectual property

All trade names, trademarks, brand assets, and biographical information used in the Content, including the names "CourseAdvisor", "CourseAdvisor.ai", "ScaleHQ Ltd", and the names of any AI agents we operate, are common law trademarks or trade names of CourseAdvisor, or are used with permission. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any of those names or marks without our prior written consent.

If you believe that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Site in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at hello@courseadvisor.ai with your name and contact details, the nature of your work, the location of the alleged infringement, and any relevant registration information.

3. Accuracy of information

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date. The Site includes worked examples and calculators that illustrate potential outcomes at user-entered inputs. They are illustrative, not forecasts, and the on-page disclaimers form part of these terms. We make no warranties as to accuracy and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the Content.

4. Electronic communications

When you contact us through the Site, you consent to receive a response from us by email or by reply through the same channel you used. If we later add notices, agreements, or service announcements that you have requested, you consent to receive those electronically.

We will only send you marketing communications (such as newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails) where you have given us prior consent, whether express or inferred from an existing business relationship under applicable law. Every marketing email we send identifies CourseAdvisor as the sender and includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting hello@courseadvisor.ai.

5. Submissions

If you send us suggestions or comments about the Site, including via the contact form, those submissions are not subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. We may use the substance of the suggestion to improve the Site and our service without obligation to you. We will not publish your name, organisation, or contact details without your consent.

6. Data security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the Site and any information transmitted through it, including TLS encryption in transit. No internet transmission is fully secure. You acknowledge that you use the Site at your own risk and refer to our Privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy policy. By using the Site you signify your acceptance of that policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy policy, please do not use the Site.

8. The AI voice enrolment service

The Site describes our AI voice enrolment service for education providers. Production engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement that is negotiated per engagement. Pricing, performance metrics, commercial models, compliance obligations, data ownership, and termination rights are all set out in that MSA. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to contract.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Content on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant or represent any specific results from any campaign, calculator output, or worked example shown on the Site. Each calculator illustrates the size of an opportunity at the user's own inputs and is not a forecast of what we will deliver. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

The applicable jurisdiction may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CourseAdvisor, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reliance damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100), being the nominal value attributable to your use of the Site.

Where any non-excludable consumer protection right applies under the law of your jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

11. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party providers including hosting, email delivery, and content services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of any third-party service provider. Where you transact with a third party linked from the Site, your relationship is solely with that third party.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CourseAdvisor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your breach of these Terms of Use;
  • your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or
  • any information, material, or content you submit to or through the Site.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate reasonably with our defence.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms of Use, or that the security or operation of the Site is at risk. Termination of access to the Site does not by itself terminate any service agreement you may hold with us.

14. Beneficiaries

These Terms of Use are for the benefit of CourseAdvisor, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, sub-processors, and third-party content providers, each of whom may enforce these terms directly to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws rules. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Amendments

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
